Call for Proposals

We are accepting proposals for concurrent presentation sessions during the 2017 Annual Member Meeting. There will be three separate session times during the day with the possibility of three individual presentations each time (for a total of 9 presentation opportunities).

Topics should be related to the use of Quality Matters at your institution or in courses you develop or teach and might focus on:

  • Institutional processes
  • A particular QM Standard (such as alignment or accessibility)
  • Research opportunities
  • Instructional strategies for learner interaction and engagement
  • Faculty development opportunities
  • Competency-based learning

Sessions will be 45 minutes in length. This time frame includes introduction, presentation, and time for questions and answers.

All presentation rooms are equipped with an integrated display/sound system, desktop computer with Internet connection, laptop connection, and DVD player.

Please provide the following information to submit a proposal for consideration by the planning committee. The completed form will be submitted using a Cincinnati State eForm, and that URL is:

Presentation proposals are due by Monday, March 27.

Hotel room reservations must be made by Tuesday, April 12.

Meeting registration is open through Friday, April 28.

We are also making plans to host an Improving Your Online Course workshop on Wednesday, May 3. Stay tuned for that announcement.
